Your role

As our Head of Sales you are responsible for creating our commercial wholesale strategy for our national and international markets. You will make sure these are in line with the growth plans of the company. You will direct key objectives to ensure our sales team delivers on its revenue goals. You (in)directly create and maintain long-term relationships, maximize sales opportunities and generate new business. Just meeting commercial goals is not enough for you, you will always strive to exceed your goals. You will work from our office in Amsterdam and report into the General Manager as member of the management team. Travelling frequently to e.g. Germany is part of the job.

  • Oversee search of potential new customers to expand our footprint in our market;
  • Structure and develop Sales activities in our markets;
  • Monitor developments and customer needs, analyze market trends and adopt this into the value proposition;


Our ideal candidate

  • has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the living or beauty industry;
  • has knowledge of Germany or DACH area, this is a big plus;
  • is fluent in Dutch and English, German is a big bonus.
