In the role of CRM Manager you will work closely together with your colleagues from marketing, digital and ecommerce.

Your role

As CRM manager at Rivièra Maison you will sharpen and implement our Omnichannel CRM strategy and you will own customer insights. You will be relaunching our existing Loyalty Program into an Omnichannel program. Your will be designing, setting up and analyzing multichannel CRM campaigns that increase customer retention, increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth. The development and implementation of technologies and integrations within our landscape is part of your role. Obviously data is of great importance, analyzing customer data, generating customer insights will help you to develop successful programs with personalized customer propositions. You will manage the CRM KPIs such as member share of sales, purchase frequency, average basket value, customer acquisition and retention, loyalty/churn.

Last but not least, you will closely follow new CRM initiatives and technologies in the market to keep your knowledge up to date.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate

  • is a pragmatic self starter;
  • has a Bachelor or Master degree in economics, marketing or similar;
  • is fulltime available, preferably 40 hours per week, 32 hours is optional;
  • has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role;
  • knows how to develop customer segment- and contact strategies;
  • has worked with a customer Loyalty program, preferably at a retailer or lifestyle brand;
  • has experience with CRM software, Salesforce is a plus.
