We are a company in transition. We want to achieve growth and have set ambitious goals to realize our growth plans. One of these goals is expanding our existing b2b projects next to your main focus to take the lead in identifying new opportunities to maximize sales opportunities.

Your role

 This is a stand alone role so you will need to be self driven and self motivated. You are a go getter and get your energy from the hunt.

As our business developer interior projects you are responsible for creating our commercial project strategy for our national and international markets with the main focus on Germany. Managing your own portfolio of (inter)national existing projects comes natural to you. Of course your experience within leading a project from A-Z will make the difference to create impact with our potential and existing customers. We would find it amazing if you would use your innovative and strategic skills within this process. You will analyze market trends and include these within our VP ( value proposition). After closing the deal, you transfer the project to our creative and back office teams, but you always stay involved and on top of every single one of your projects. Prioritizing customer requests based on importance and making sure everything is covered and running smoothly is your daily responsibility. You will make this a success because you have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are driven by achieving your targets. Our HQ in Amsterdam is your office and you will report directly to the Managing Director and lead one direct reporter.

Wij verwachten

Our ideal candidate

  • share our mindset in putting our customers at #1;
  • has a solid track record within new business development;
  • has experience within the field of interior design;
  • is fluent in English and Dutch, if you speak German that would be a big plus;
  • would preferably has knowledge of Germany or DACH;
  • does not mind to travel frequently between the Netherlands and Germany.
